I have received prompt service at a reasonable price compared to most of my larger dealership garage experiences. I have been a customer of Braelan Auto since it opened. What keeps me coming back is Will's customer service and excellent prices. One Friday evening we got a flat tire while driving on the highway. The next day Will helped me call around a number of stores to get a matching tire. With it being the weekend, most places did not have the tire in stock and I would have needed to wait until Monday to get my vehicle back on the road. Unbeknownst to me, Will found a dealer and drove all the way to Mississauga to get the tire and fixed my car- at no extra cost.
